- Added Account Plan feature allowing creation of Account Packages/Plans that charge customers a fixed amount which includes a pre-defined amount of minutes to specific destinations (NPA/NXX) as defined in the Plans Destination Table (see below)

PREVIEW RELEASE
- Changed the CDR processing routine to not immediately charge processed calls to the customer’s account. Call charges (and applicable fees, taxes) are now charged to the customer’s account when an Invoice is created for a period (date range) which includes those calls
- Added Customer Month-To-Date Accrued Call Charge indicator
- Added feature allowing Batch generated CDR Invoice’s to be changed from Recorded to Draft status and vice versa following the same logic as non-batch Invoices
