I am very excited to be writing my first blog post. Laura, Tina and I are happy to be back in Canada but at the same time sad to have left beautiful, sunny Florida where we represented the SVK Software CDR2Cloud Team at the 2014 IT Expo held in Miami Beach. I would personally like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth to test drive CDR2Cloud and to say hello. This was my third visit to ITEXPO Miami, but the first time for Tina & Laura, none the less we are very energized by the feedback we received from all who test drove CDR2Cloud over the 3 days at the show.

As we continue to work towards CDR2Cloud’s General Availability we welcome any and all feedback during our Preview stage. One question that was asked by almost every one that visited the booth was “how much will CDR2Cloud cost?” and though pricing has still not been decided I can happily say that there will be a FULL FEATURED FREE version available … and when I say FULL FEATURED that’s exactly what I mean. Once logged into your account you will notice that the Help System is not available while in Preview Release and so please feel free to send any comments, questions or feedback to the support team (support@svksoftware.com). If there is a particular feature that you are looking for please let us know.

Lastly, the CDR2Cloud Quick Start Guide was made available today and is an attempt to get you up and running with your first CDR File Processing and Customer Invoice generation with little effort. Blogging like anything else takes time but we will certainly try to keep it up. Thanks and Stay Tuned!
