• Automated CDR file FTP and Queuing feature
• Added mulit-language user interface support for 72 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, etc ...)
• Automated emailing of Invoices and optional CDR detail to customers
• Ability to accept PayPal / Credit Card payments from your customers via PayPal REST API interoperability
• Variety of Invoice templates with varying layout styles and colours
• Integrated Technical Support Help Desk Ticketing System
• Improved customer Authentication Regular Expression module
• CDR processing module is now uncoupled from the Web Portal and runs as a separate service.
• Bulk import of customer records
• Ability to upgrade / downgrade your CDR2Cloud subscription as required

I am very proud of the fact that we have kept our promise of offering a 100% FREE version of CDR2Cloud. Our CDR-10 Subscription package allows you to use CDR2Cloud for FREE, managing, billing and invoicing up to 10 customers with full CDR2Cloud features. As of the time of GA release CDR2Cloud supports over 30 different CDR file formats and adding a new format is as simple as sending your request to our support team (support@svksoftware.com).
